WCU FAQs: WCU General Information

Available digital content for your courses (eBooks, access codes, passkey, etc.) will appear as options while viewing your list of course materials in the WCU Virtual Bookstore. If a digital edition is available, select your preferred license term (eRental, Perpetual Offline Access, etc.) then click "Add Selected to Cart." Follow the directions to complete checkout. 

Once you've purchased the digital content (eBook), you will receive an email with an access code or download link. The email is usually sent within minutes of placing the order.

You can also log in to your BNC Virtual Bookstore account and go to your "Digital Bookshelf" page to view a list of digital content you have purchased and instructions on how to access your eBooks.

Once you are logged in to your account and viewing your Digital Bookshelf, you will see your access code listed with a button to "Reveal Code." Your access code will then be available for you to cut and paste for use on the content site. You can also click "Launch," which activates your access code and takes you to the content site. 

Not all access codes will be immediately available. Some are printed access cards which must be mailed to you.
