WCU FAQs: WCU General Information

If you have been approved to use a voucher to purchase your books, you will receive it through your West Coast University email from the financial aid department.  Although you may purchase textbooks from any company, the voucher is only valid at the West Coast University virtual bookstore.  If you do not receive the voucher or you do not know if you are supposed to receive one, please contact your WCU Financial Aid Representative.

To use your voucher in the WCU virtual bookstore, go to https://bncvirtual.com/westcoastuniversity and click on the "Do you want to use your voucher? Use It Here" button or the on the bookstore homepage.

You will then be asked to enter your Student ID number and the Voucher ID number, available on the voucher you were emailed.  Then click on "Access Your Funds."
