WCU General Information Questions

Q: I only take online classes, am I considered an Online Programs student?

WCU General Information Answer

A:

If you are currently enrolled in any of the following programs and you take 8-week or 15-week classes, you are considered a fully Online Programs student for library resources:

  • RN-BSN
  • BA Business Administration (BSBA)
  • BS Health Administration (BSHA)
  • MSN
  • RN-MSN
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Health Administration (MHA)
  • Master of Public Health (MPH)
  • Master of Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • MSN Adult - Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
  • Post-Master's Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

  • Post-Master's Certificates

Even if you are assigned a campus (ie. Orange County or Texas), but are enrolled in one of these programs, you are still considered an Online Programs student.

If you are NOT enrolled in one of these programs and your campus faculty and staff are located at a physical WCU location, you are considered an on-ground student.
