Q: Why am I unable to open or view my electronic/digital textbook (e-textbook)?

If you purchased the ebook version of a textbook and are unable to view it, check the email account you used to set up your textbook provider account (BNC Online Bookstore/WCU's virtual bookstore , Amazon, Chegg, etc.). You should have received an email from the textbook provider with directions and a link explaining how to activate your book. Check your student email and/or personal email account.
 
If you bought your textbook as a bundle from the BNC Online Bookstore (WCU's virtual bookstore) that included Access materials, you may have a card with an activation code that comes in the mail with the physical textbook. Also, check the email account you used when ordering your textbook. You may have received an email with an activation code. It is important that you set up an account with BNC Online Bookstore (WCU's virtual bookstore) to make sure you receive their emails.
 
Finally, go into your Canvas account and your instructor should have set up an Access materials section where you can enter your activation code.
