Q: When attempting to access an article or library resource, I am taken to an EBSCO sign-in screen. How do I access the resource?

A:

You do not need a separate EBSCO account to access an EBSCO resource.  If you are presented with the EBSCO sign-in screen, please follow the steps below for access.

  1. Click on Access through your Institution button.

  1. Search for West Coast University.

  1. In the search results select the first West Coast University link.

  1. You should then be prompted to sign-in with your WCU email address and password, or automatically be redirected to the resource.
