APA Question

Q: How do I cite a technology device I am using (such as simulators, HoloLens, etc.) when writing a paper?

APA Answer

A:

You do not cite physical objects or electronic devices that inspired your original ideas, or that you learned by practicing with them. If you use information from the text or pictures within the item, ask your instructor for the name of the database that the information came from. Then cite the information as an electronic article from a database.
